Why do some of the Real Audio files not work?

If you are having problems working with the Real Audio files, you may need to upgrade your version of Real Player to the most current. Simply click on the help menu in Real Player and select "Check for Update". It will connect to Real Networks servers and download the most current version of the program for your system.
