Guide Service Agreement with Ward Cameron EnterprisesPRICE
QUOTATIONS: Our
price quotations reflect current tariffs and include the cost of guide service
only. They do not include entry into any venue or attraction. These costs must
be covered by the client. Unforeseeable price increases and currency
fluctuations will be at the expense of the end user. Positioning fees and
services provided beyond those noted will be charged accordingly. All services
are subject to 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST). ACCEPTANCE
OF CONTRACT: Once the contract has been accepted and signed, an invoice will
be issued. The full payment is due 45 days prior to service. We reserve the
right to withdraw all or part of the services if this condition is not met.
Programs booked within 45 days of commencement require full payment at the time
of booking. Any additional services and charges incurred during the operation of
the program will be reflected in the final account summary and will be due 30
days from the last day of guide service. CANCELLATION
AND REFUNDS: Cancellation within 14 days will be subject to a $50.00
cancellation fee and any additional charges levied by other suppliers. PAYMENTS:
payments can be made in Canadian or US currency, and must be paid by cheque or
money order in the amount quoted on the invoice. Any refunds due the client will
be issued in Canadian funds. INSURANCE:
The program proposal is subject to the conditions imposed by the air and
ground carriers, hotels, and restaurants and other persons concerned. LIABILITY: Ward Cameron Enterprises will not be responsible or liable for losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of the injury, accident, death, damage, delay or inconvenience of the client or any other individual for luggage or other personal property, whether any such claim or cause of action therefore shall arise in contract or in tort and whether any of the above shall be caused or arise from any willful act, default, commission or omission of Ward Cameron Enterprises or out of the negligent act or omission of Ward Cameron Enterprises, and Ward Cameron Enterprises waives any and all such liability and responsibility.
