Now Available--a fully integrated Hospitality Desk for all your program needs

A well organized and efficiently run hospitality Desk is key to any successful meeting or incentive program. It's critical that your desk is properly equipped, and that the staff are well trained and knowledgeable. Our hospitality desk package provides all of this and more. 

This new product combines current technology with expert staff. Our staff know the Canadian Rockies, its attractions and suppliers. They have worked as tour directors and step-on guides, giving them expertise in key areas such as history, events and ways to add value to your stay in the Rockies. They also have experience working a busy hospitality desk, leaving you free to relax and watch your event unfold in an organized and effective way. 

What does our Hospitality Desk package include? 

Our staff will supply everything you need for your hospitality desk. including the following:

Standard Inclusions

  • a complete selection of brochures relating to local events and activities

  • a hospitality kit including staplers, paper punch, scotch tape, masking tape, markers, pens and pencils

Technical Components of Service

  • a custom activity booking program takes care of all the details of optional tours and meeting confirmations

  • activity vouchers, service confirmations and participant lists can be automatically generated

  • an online database of several hundred activity and industry contacts

  • a sheet-fed scanner and the ability  to produce full colour overheads right from the desk

  • a colour ink-jet printer with the capability to produce labels, overheads, vouchers and other relevant printed output

  • full fax capability, along with the capability to receive faxes if a separate, direct phone line is available

  • the ability to access the web and certain e-mail systems

Client Supplied or Extra Cost Items

  • additional computers, printers etc. 

  • flip charts

  • white boards

  • telephone lines and cost of usage

Introductory Pricing 

The package will have an introductory price of $275.00 CDN for a shift not to exceed 8 hours. Included in the cost of the package is a single staff person along with a laptop computer and printer. The cost of materials such as overheads and other consumables will be billed at competitive rates. Items supplied by the hotel, such as phone lines, tables, and flip charts will be billed at cost plus 15% (the client may opt to cover these costs directly with the hotel if they choose).

Have your client visit our web site to register for optional tours, activities and other program activities. Our web site will take reservations and allow them to pay (if necessary) online as well. Finally, program operations meets the space age.
